The Barre Technique


We take our fitness seriously here at Complete Lifestyle Concierge.  This past Saturday, we attended the grand opening of Pure Barre Upper West Side and we are hooked!

The Barre technique is a full-body workout, targeting inner thighs, abs, and the glutes.  The workout was fun, the music was bumping, and the instructors are amazing. We definitely recommend you try it!
